It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles C. Norris (Owensboro, Kentucky), who passed away on October 3, 2019, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Charles C. Norris to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Marshall and Eddie Pennington Norris; his wife Jean T. Norris; and his brothers, William Joseph Norris and Robert Tyler Norris.

He is survived by: his children, Kathy Kuegel and Scott Norris (Tami) of Owensboro; and his sisters, Doris Schrecker of Owensboro, Donna N. Montalvo of Owensboro and Rita Mauzy of Owensboro. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren.
