He is survived by: his sons, Charles Cleveland Marshall, Jr. of Owensboro and Mark Jefferson Marshall of Owensboro; his stepchildren, Rosa Marie Cox of Utica, Josie Ann Cox of Fordsville and Steve Cox of Grand Bay, Alabama; his grandsons, Christopher and Brandon Marshall; and his stepgrandson Brian Cox.
