It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Chad Perkins of Owensboro, Kentucky, who passed away on January 9, 2021, at the age of 48, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Perkins; and his grandmother Jesse Perkins. He is survived by: his wife Crystal Perkins; his children, Carter Rice, Sumer Perkins and Devon Perkins; his daughter-in-law Rachel Rice; his grandson Wyatt Rice; and his brothers, Jackie Abston and Timmy Abston. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
