He was predeceased by: his father Gary J. Neal Sr.; his siblings, Pam Dillingham, Steve Neal and Gary J. Neal Jr.; and also Clint R Bevins.
He is survived by: his mother Esther Sharon Neal (Taylor) of Owensboro, KY; and his siblings, S. Michelle Duffy (Neal) of Rockport, IN and John L. Neal of Owensboro, KY. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
