She is survived by: her friend Carol Howard; her children, Jeff York of Owensboro and Shelley York Brewer (Troy) of Frankfort; her grandchildren, Krissy DeLacey (Guy) of Owensboro, Skylar of Owensboro, Brianna York of Owensboro and Julie York of Frankfort; her great grandchildren, Haley Thomas (Chase) of Owensboro, Taiylor Ray of Owensboro, Jasie Hays of Owensboro, Stevie DeLacey of Owensboro, Everly DeLacey of Owensboro and Roman York of Frankfort; her great great grandchildren, Alani O'Bryan of Owensboro and June Thomas of Owensboro; and her daughter-in-law Lisa Vaughn of Hardinsburg. She is also survived by cousins, many friends, and her former co-workers.
