It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carolyn Howard (Owensboro, Kentucky), born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on March 20, 2018, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Parks and Mildred Parks. She is survived by: her children, Kim Harris (Joe) of Owensboro, Shelly Whitaker (David) of Owensboro and Chris Howard (Kristina) of Gig Harbor; her former husband James "Tooter" Howard of Whitesville; her grandchildren, Eric Montgomery, Alyssa Montgomery, Derrick Harris, Garrett Howard, Bryson Howard, David Pinkston, Olivia Whitaker, Brad Whitaker and Jake Miller; and her siblings, Bernard Parks (Sherry) of Chillicothe, John Parks (Nancy) of Chillicothe, Nona Wilkison (Robert) of Chillicothe, Nolan Parks of Chillicothe, Sheriff Tom Parks of Brookfield and Mike Wiggins of Kansas City.
