She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl William and Ethel Lee Stone Taylor; her husband William J. Mulligan; her siblings, Billy Joe Taylor and Betty Lee Holland; her daughter-in-law Janice "Jan" Mulligan; her granddaughter-in-law Vicki Lowe Belcher; and her great grandchild Taylor Widmer.
She is survived by: her children, Elizabeth A. Belcher (Randy) of Owensboro, Becky Dant (Tony) of Owensboro, Mary P. Mulligan (Rebecca) of Owensboro, Carol Hall (Terry) of Owensboro, J. Michael Mulligan (Debra) of Leitchfield, Carl Mulligan of Owensboro and William T. Mulligan (Pam) of Owensboro; and her grandchildren, Brad Belcher (Kim), Chris Belcher, Eric Dant (Christina), Andrea Widmer (Mike), Nathan Dant (Kristen) of Chicago, Erle Mulligan of Nashville, Patrick Mulligan (Jennifer) of Lafayette, B. J. Hall (Kyli), Jordan Hall (Jordan) of Philpot, Wendy Davis of Huntsville, Ryan Ziemer (Jessica) of Panther and Ryan Neufelder of Owensville, Indiana.
