We are sad to announce that on March 11, 2022, at the age of 87, Carl F. Spurrier of Owensboro, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Spurrier and Lola Spurrier (Hertzing). He is survived by: his wife Mildred Spurrier (Caysinger); and his children, Carl L. Spurrier and Debbie R. Johnson (J. C.). He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
