He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruben Hayden and Fairy Cox Hayden. He is survived by: his wife Linda Wilkerson Hayden; his children, Curtis "Corky" Hayden (Lori) of Owensboro, Kathy Likens of Owensboro, Ruben Hayden of Owensboro, Frank Hayden (Theresa) of Owensboro and Donald Hayden of Brownsburg, Indiana; and his siblings, Margaret Blincoe and James "J. R.". He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
