He is survived by: his children, Holly Moore, Brandon Kasinger (Brenda) and Bridget Williams (Greg); his grandchildren, David Moore III (Grace), Katie Moore, Alisha Pierce, Jessie Kasinger, Ashley Williams and Breanna Kasinger; his great grandchild Brooklyn Moore; and his brothers, Sherman Kasinger (Sharon) of Owensboro, Randall Kassinger (Nila) of Owensboro and Bruce Kassinger of Franklin. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
