He was predeceased by: his parents, Calvert Sharp and Sudie Burden Sharp; his brothers, Jimmy and Gene Harmon; and his grandson Jeffrey Davis III.

He is survived by: his children, Calvert William "Bill" Harmon II (Sara), Joey Harmon, Christy, Elizabeth Harmon, Ashley Mendoza (Darwin), Chelsea Young and Misty Cook (Jody); and his sister Elizabeth Hanahan. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
