He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Johnson and Elizabeth Johnson; and his siblings, Jennifer A. Johnson and Mark S. Johnson. He is survived by: his children, Joshua Johnson-Arnold (Bethany), Byron Tanner Johnson and Audrey Bayles (Matt); his grandchildren, Keagyn, Jace, Everlee and Reid; and his siblings, Susan J. Cecil, Dennis A. Johnson, Rose E. Haas, Scott M. Johnson (Lanie), Dane R. Johnson (Tamara), Jeff L. Johnson (Dawn) and Kelley M. Reale (Michael). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
