He is survived by: his wife Mary Kathryn Colburn; his children, Eric Shawn Colburn of Whitesville, Bryan Edward Colburn of Owensboro, David Anthony Colburn of Owensboro and Jennifer Elizabeth Gillim (Josh) of Owensboro; his stepchildren, Russell Fulkerson (Audrey) of Owensboro, Luke Fulkerson (Tori) of Owensboro, Ben Fulkerson (Danielle) of Owensboro, Curt Fulkerson of Owensboro and Melissa Fulkerson of Owensboro; his grandchildren, David Leishman, Lilly Colburn and Claire Gillim; and his siblings, Courtland Joseph Colburn (Lois), Robert Lee Colburn (Pat), James Michael Colburn, Steven Patrick Colburn, Jean Payne (Larry) and Sheila Short. He is also survived by six step-grandchildren.
