He is survived by: his parents, Brenda Moit (Larry) of Rockport, IN and Kenneth Crabtree of Kentucky; his sons, Bruce and Aaron of Georgia; and his sisters, Donna Baker of Owensboro, KY, Cindy Stiff (Brian) of Utica, KY and Alicia Myers of Rockport, IN. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
