He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Randall and Joyce Peay. He is survived by: his wife Lori Riley Peay; his daughters, Racheal Graves and Sara Scarberry; his grandchildren, Nolan, Ayden, Joslyn, Kenneth, Maxwell and Alaina; and his siblings, Randy Peay (Darlene) of Owensboro, Joyce Stephens (Gary) of Owensboro, Cindy Coppage (Carrol) of Owensboro and Carrisa Chamberlain (Arty) of Illinois. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
