He was predeceased by: his parents, Arol Baker and Gertrude Baker; his brother Gary Lynn Baker; and his niece Anita Fares. He is survived by: his brothers, Larry Baker (Janet) of Owensboro, Ronald Baker (Kathy) of Louisville and Mike Baker (Tracy) of Mt. Juliet, Tennessee; and his nieces and nephews, Madalynn Baker, Maxwell Baker, Bryan Baker, Amanda Gould, David Baker and Kevin Baker. He is also survived by several great-nieces and nephews and several special cousins.
