She is survived by: her children, David Eric Hazelip, Melissa Lynn O'Bryan and Heather Karynn Allyn (Matthew); and her grandchildren, Bradley Welch (Ashlee), Dylan Amber, Jeremy Hazelip (Elizebeth), Grant Allyn, Amber Allyn and Alaina Allyn. She is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
