She was predeceased by: her husband William E. Simmons; and her father John Millay. She is survived by: her mother Mary Millay of Owensboro; her children, Jeffrey Simmons (Sarah) of Whitesville, Karrie Simmons of Owensboro and Cindy Simmons of Owensboro; her grandchildren, Kerisha Cochran (Alan), Jamal Dean, Andrew, Chase Simmons, Keily, Nevaeh, Ashtyn Mills, Serenity, Shailee Simmons, Ryder, Pyper and Lylli Johnson; her great grandchildren, Kingston O'Brien and Brayleigh Simmons; and her siblings, Margaret Belew (Allan), Victoria Woods (Rick), Richard Millay (Imelda) and Larry Millay (Diana).
