He is survived by: his wife Brittany Witherspoon; his parents, Belinda Stirsman (Barry) of Utica, KY and Louis Witherspoon of Madisonville; his sister Kristen Witherspoon of Calhoun, KY; and his stepbrother Bradley Kirtley (Allee) of Calhoun. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
