She was predeceased by: her brothers, Pat Ward and Jimmy Ward. She is survived by: her husband John W. Horn; her children, Yvonne Hatcher Condra (Wendell Hatcher) and John David Horn (Sherrie); her grandchildren, Angel Powell (David), Zachary Hatcher (Jenni), Keisha Hatcher, Jason Buskill (Laura), Tyler Horn and Bailey Roos (Jordan); and her siblings, Mike Ward (Dawn) of Rome, Georgia and Linda Conner of Louisville, KY. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many wonderful life-long friends.
