It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bobby G. Chancellor of Owensboro, Kentucky, who passed away on July 8, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Alva Carson and Alma Moore Chancellor; and his siblings, Denver, Wendell, Ray, Aubrey and Meta.
He is survived by: his wife Ruby Sloan Chancellor; his children, Gale Johnson (Larry), Sandy Chancellor (Chris) and Brent Chancellor (Jayǹee); his grandchildren, Todd Johnson (Sonya), Chris Johnson (Jamie), Casey Johnson (Marlee), Matthew Johnson (Tracie), Alex Chancellor (Meagan), Lindsay Eversole Cameron Agee (John), Nolan Chancellor and Kaylin Wheeler; his stepgranddaughters, Summer Newsome and Kenna Newsome; his great grandchildren, Jesse Johnson, Brody Johnson, Wyatt Roby, Adalynn Horton, Corbin Johnson, Ruby Jayne Johnson, Levi Johnson, Lillie Grace Johnson and John Carson Eversole; and his brother Max Chancellor (Ann). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
