She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert E. Winstead and Lorene White Winstead; her husband Joseph Kenneth Freeman; her daughter Lori Ann Cartagena; and her sister Helen Julia Truman.
She is survived by: her sons, Bruce A. "Tony" Cartagena (Jayne) and Richard F. "Rick" Cartagena (Angel); and her grandchildren, Chandler, Dalton and Jeremy.
