He is survived by: his children, Steve Shultz (Renee) of Owensboro and Tammy Styke (Dan) of Owensboro; his grandchildren, Felicity Shultz, Katie Royal (Jesse), Andy Shultz, Paul Styke and Daniel Styke; and his sister Linda Jones. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
