He is survived by: his son Jeff; his wife Anna; his daughters, Vickie King DuVall of Owensboro, Lee Ann King, Derek Bivins of Owensboro and Mary Kay King Calery (Gary) of Lewisburg; his daughter-in-law Judy Monnier King of Owensboro; his sons, Brian King (Julie Nolan King) of Washington and John King (Kelly Foulke King) of Owensboro; his grandchildren, Brandon DuVall of Owensboro, Tori DuVall Martin (Jake) of Owensboro, Blair DuVall Henry (Josh) of Owensboro, Kevin King, Jason King of Owensboro, Jennifer King Tomes (Daniel) of Morgantown, Ashley King Dennis (Kenneth) of Owensboro, Laura King of Owensboro, Chelsea King Blus (Joe) of Owensboro and Harrison King of Owensboro; and his great grandchildren, Dakota DuVall, Kai DuVall, John Patrick, Della Martin, Amelia Martin, Mallory Henry, Bailey Tomes, Jonah Tomes, Aidan McKinney, Asher Dennis, Chazz Williams, Emma Blus and Ryder Blus. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and brothers.
