He was predeceased by: his mother Marjorie Marie Henning Keiser. He is survived by: his wife Tonya Keiser; his children, Billy W. Keiser, III (Whitney Sykes) of Owensboro and Ashton L. Keiser of Owensboro; his grandson Gavin Revlett of Owensboro; his father Billy Keiser, Sr. (Debbie Arnold) of Owensboro; his close friend Steve Porter (Kim) of Owensboro; and his bro-cuz Melvin Pate (Sandra) of Owensboro. He is also survived by brother; two sisters.
