He was predeceased by: his parents, Rosel Bartlett and Pearl Bozarth Crowe; his siblings, Ilene Pinkston, Jacqueline Pollard, Alvey, Edgar and Larry Bartlett; his grandson Andrew Beauchamp; and his sons-in-law, Gary Beauchamp and Spencer Adkins.

He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Hartman Bartlett; his daughters, Lori Beauchamp of Maceo and Susan Adkins of Lewisport; his grandchildren, Kim Adkins Payne (Rusty) of Maceo, Jeremy Adkins (Elizabeth) of Texas and Matthew Beauchamp of Lewisport; and his great grandchildren, Jacey, Justin Brooks of Maceo, Hannah of Texas, Owen of Texas, Beau Adkins of Texas and Sadie Beauchamp of Owensboro. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
