Hale; her sister Nancy Heppler Miles; and her nieces and nephews, Larry Allen Heppler (Marcella), Mark Heppler (Carol), Byron Heppler, Sterett Miles (Dianne), Paul Miles, Neil Heppler (Susan), Carolyn Kurz (Jim), Bettye Cain (Darry), Connie Wethington (Ron), Kathy Kolter, Laura O'Bryan, Debra Seymore (Steve), Suzanne Miles, Susan Bailey (David) and Sara Duckworth (William). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
