She was predeceased by: her parents, Jake Mefford and Minnie Pearl Vaughn Mefford; and her husband James Douglas Groves. She is survived by: her sons, Kerry D. Groves (Becky) and Rick Groves (Maggie); and her grandchildren, Tucker, James, Taylor, Kelly and Brian. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
