It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Louise Stinogel Duke of Owensboro, Kentucky, born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on October 28, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Eugene and Ruth Stinogel; and her brother Bobby Stinogel. She is survived by: her husband Walter Duke, Jr.; her son Donald Gregory Duke (Sharon); her granddaughter Tabetha Duke; and her sister Billie Jean "Dolly" Rogers. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
