With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty Lou Metcalf of Owensboro, Kentucky, born in Freeport, Illinois, who passed away on December 10, 2021 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James McClintock and Juanita McClintock; her son David Farrar; and her sisters, Ruth Ann McClintock, Janice McClintock and Thelma McClintock.
She is survived by: her husband James T. Metcalf, Jr. of Owensboro; her children, Thomas Farrar (Debra), Susan Reitmeier (Rob), Cynthia Hix (Shane), John Farrar, Anna Metcalf and James Metcalf (Theresa); and her siblings, James McClintock, Rose Barncord, Jean Rouse, Bryan McClintock and Alicia Hall. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren.
