She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey Lynn Jacob, Richard Todd Jacob (Debra), Kelly Ann Westerfield (Kenny), Michael Scott Jacob (Amy) and Breanna Alexis Jacob; and her grandchildren, Megan, Mallory, Weston, Mayme Grace, Chardey, Jacqueline, Amelia, Kasey, Kody, Tyson, Tevin, Tyler, Logan, Alexis, Serenity, Maya and Macey. She is also survived by 28 great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
