She is survived by: her daughter Linda Winfield (Wayne) of Owensboro; her granddaughter Maddie Polston; her sister Bertha Ralph; and her caregiver Dana of Serenity Hall. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren; 2 great- great grandchildren.
