She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Dean and Effie Stinnett Dean; her husband Bobby Gene Peyton; her son Walter Gene Peyton; and her siblings, Henrietta, Brenda, James and Walter.
She is survived by: her son John Peyton; and her grandson Patrick Peyton.
