It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Jo Spinks of Owensboro, Kentucky, who passed away on January 30, 2024, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Lucian Bristow and Bertha Jane Shelton Bristow; and her husband Rodney Spinks. She is survived by: her cousins, John Shelton (Lou) and Joyce W.; and her close friend April Leonard.
