He is survived by: his children, Crystal Richardson (Michael Kevin) of Madison, Alabama and Ben Marks (Becky) of Owensboro; his grandchildren, Benjamin Lee Marks, II (Katie), Justin Marks (Jamie), Alex Marks (Sarah), Colin Richardson (Rachel) and Ashley Richardson; his great grandchildren, Landon, Levi, Luke Marks, Benjamin Lee Marks, III, Jacob Marks, Colton, Audrey, Ava Richardson, Mason and Josie Marks; and his siblings, Regina Famiglietti, Ronnie, Leo Marks, Juanita Wood and Joanne Marks. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
