He was predeceased by: his parents, Sylvester Spradlin and Evalee Spradlin. He is survived by: his wife Ruby; his children, Adam Spradlin (Josie) and Chenille Johnson (Jon); his grandchildren, Cole Spradlin, Jackie Spradlin, Emily Spradlin and Tyler Johnson; and his siblings, Billy Spradlin (Deeanna), Norman "Bay" Spradlin (Shirley) and Gleta Dalton. He is also survived by les nieces, nephews and cousins.
