He was predeceased by: his father Albert Horrell; and his siblings, George William Horrell, Todd Horrell, Shirley Leonard, Margaret "Dolly" Mattingly, Rachael Sandidge and Ann Gibson.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Horrell; his sons, Dr. Ben Horrell, Jr. (Karen) of Spring and Dr. Mason Horrell (Kelly) of Owensboro; his brother Rob Horrell (Peggy) of Marietta, Georgia; and his grandchildren, Graham Horrell, Melanie Horrell, Alyssa Horrell, Flynn Horrell (Allison), Briscoe Horrell (Kayleigh), Chance Horrell and Avalon Horrell. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
