He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Paul, Maggielein Quesinberry and Estil Horn. He is survived by: his parents, Lisa Ann Horn Quesinberry and Alvin Quesinberry; his significant other Robert A. Criss; his stepsiblings, Alan Fitzgerald, Stephanie Brice and Jamie Spalding; his aunt Paula Jolly (Kerry); and his cousins, Megan Fergason and Emily Jolly.
