He is survived by: his wife Ann Drewry; his children, Leah King, Justin Kiper, Kayla Barksdale, Andy Kiper, Andrea Kiper, Ryan Kiper, Randi Coy and Chloe Embry; his grandchildren, Elias, Isaiah, Kameron, Konnor, Keston, Jace, Serenity, Alek, Javion, Jaleeona, Jaeshawn, Jayceon and Jordan; and his siblings, Orval Kiper, Randy Kiper, Linda Vanover and Alma Napier.
