She was predeceased by: her parents, Arlen Evans and Julie Daugherty Evans; her husband Richard Carmon, Jr.; and her siblings, Ollie Bratcher, Gracie Brown, Vada Kiper, Wesley Evans, Ruby Smith, Curtis Evans and Dorothy Vessels.
She is survived by: her children, Richard Byron Carmon (Kim) of Owensboro, Patsy Eldean Napier (Wayne) of Owensboro and Monta Lisa Vanover (Charles) of Philpot; her grandchildren, Brad Napier (Katie), Aaron Vanover (Mary Jo), Ashley McDonald (Matthew), Alex Carmon (Alissa) and Nicole Russelburg (Easton); and her great grandchildren, Anna Napier, Micah Napier, Mason Russelburg, Liam McDonald, Joseph Vanover, Oliver Carmon and Paxton Russelburg.
