He was predeceased by: his father Robert S. Kelley, Sr.. He is survived by: his siblings, Stewart Kelley (Carol) of Owensboro, Byron Kelley (Lynn) of Las Vegas, Nevada and Lori Kelley-Burdine (Zack) of Dyersburg, Tennessee; his stepchildren, Amber Payne, Jennifer Pendland and Ashley Payne Glenn; and his nieces and nephews, Karen Bogue (Casey), Nick Kelley, Nick Jones (Kitty), Hanna Richmond (Collin) and Londyn Norman (Hunter). He is also survived by several great-nieces and nephews; and loving cousins.
