He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Philpot Phillips; his children, Kendell Allgood (Bill), Meredith Chaffin (Wray) and Nate Phillips (Cory); his grandchildren, Courtney Perez, Lauren Tong, Haley Tong, Tristan Phillips, Laken Phillips, Colton Chaffin (Sam) and Micaela Chaffin; his great grandchildren, Briley, Alanna, Mason and Ezra; his siblings, Miriam Peay (Mark), Melinda Phillips (Tom) and Mark Phillips (Carol); and his cousin Kathy Campbell (John).
