She is survived by: her children, Robert Franklin Whitaker, Herschel Bradford Whitaker, II, Jennifer Sue Vanover (Jerry) and Christy Ann Whitaker; and her grandchildren, Kyra Vanover, Kayla Whitaker, Winter Pyle, Chloe Pyle, BreeAnna Pyle and Shakira Pyle.
