She is survived by: her husband William Schultz of Graham, KY; her children, Kathy Jarvis (Michael) of Graham, KY, Misty Payne (Marcus) of Owensboro, Tammy Willis of Huntingburg, IN, Angela Lyle of Owensboro, Linda Carf of Ohio, Arthur Lyle, Jr. (Margaret) of Owensboro and Jay H. O'Neal, Jr. of Owensboro; and her siblings, Debbie Baker of Owensboro and Oscar Whitaker, Jr. of Greenville, KY. She is also survived by her 30 grandchildren and her 30 great grandchildren.
