Barbara Sherrod Hunt Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 29, 2021, at the age of 88, Barbara Sherrod Hunt of Owensboro, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Archie Sherrod and Allie Sherrod; her sister Lilly Etta Sherrod; and her sons-in-law, Daniel Cline and Tony Jones.
She is survived by: her daughters, Janet Crabtree (Roger) of Owensboro, Sherri Cline of Metter, GA and Stacey Hunt of Henderson; her grandchildren, Sarah Davis of Kansas City, MO, Heather DeHart (Michael) of Island, KY, Matthew McGlothlin (Kaci) of Owensboro, Rachel Stringer (Jacob) of Livermore and Neely McGlothlin of Owensboro; her great grandchildren, Olivia Davis, Sophia Davis, Gage Dehart, Emmett Dehart, Alexia Willis, Lillian Stringer, Benjamin Stringer, Evelyn June Stringer and Maverick Powell; her siblings, Flora "Sissy" Johnston (Wayne) of Gastonia, NC and Forest Sherrod (Elnora) of Greenville; and her stepbrothers, John Bard (Kay) of Graham, KY and James Bard (Kelly) of Alpharetta, GA. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
