She was predeceased by: her husband Raymond Powers Jr.; and her son David Powers. She is survived by: her daughters, Mary K. "Kathy" Williams of Owensboro, Lanita Powers of Owensboro and Norma Powers of Peoria, IL. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandson.

Memorial contributions may take the form of donations to the Barbara Tindle family c/o Kathy Williams.
