She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Mattingly and Myrtle Beavin Mattingly; and her brothers, Maurice and William "Bill" Mattingly. She is survived by: her husband Merlin Mingus of Louisville; her daughters, Sheila Geiger (Tom) of Louisville and Sharon Young (Ray) of Rockport, Indiana; her grandchildren, Jeffrey, Kelly and Corey; and her great grandchildren, Owen and Madelynn.
