She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert E. Cecil (R. E.) and Viola Mae Gaddis Cecil; and her great grandchild Evalyn Grace Russ. She is survived by: her husband Wayne T. Russ; her children, Angela Russ and Shawn Russ; her grandchildren, Sydney Krawiec (Ellis), Spencer Russ, Brooke Ellis, Alexis Ender (Russ), Madison Ellis and Brayden Russ; her great grandchildren, Jackson Russ Ellis and Orry Russ; and her brother Robert E. Cecil, Jr..
