He is survived by: his children, Melva "Tinki" Cook and Steve Cook; his grandchildren, Kayla Newman, Rusty Cook and Tyler Walker; and his siblings, Theresa Horton, Larry Cook, Allen Cook and Mark Cook. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
