He was predeceased by: his parents, Mildred Edna Hayden and James L. Ivey, Sr.; and his sister-in-law Joellen Ivey. He is survived by: his close friends, Ron, Lorrie Camron and Suzy Belcher; his wife Anita Wallace Ivey; his son Nick Ivey of Owensboro; his grandchildren, Madison and Emily Ivey of Owensboro; and his siblings, Karen Byrge (Jeff), Donna Hamilton of Owensboro, Jim Ivey (Linda) of Owensboro, Mike Ivey (Linda) of Utica, Pat Ivey of Owensboro and Robin Leach (Greg) of Owensboro. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
